While they may be splitting the top prize, we’re pretty sure University of Illinois alum, Nick Hardy, and partner, Davis Riley won’t have to go dutch at Commander’s Palace. Scoring their first PGA Tour wins, the pair will be taking home $1,242,700 each; a two-year PGA Tour exemption; a fancy-(gl)ass Fleur-de-lis trophy; custom-made, blinged-out Zurich Classic belt buckles; and even a few strands of Mardi Gras beads that we’re fairly certain they did NOT earn the old fashioned way.
Hardy and Riley shot a final round 65 to fend off Nick Taylor and Adam Hadwin who carded a 63 and sneaked into the second spot above a Clark/Hossler duo who struggled to find their day-four rhythm.
Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay were unable to defend their 2022 championship, but don’t worry about them. They managed to notch a very respectable T-4 finish into their rhodium-plated belts. Good for them, and good for everybody who cashed. Let’s count it all up, shall we?
